For maximum brightness, MAGNUM DOCK LIGHTS should be
hung from the side of the Dock or Boat, or mounted  vertical or
horizontal in the water using 1.25" schedule 40 PVC.
NEVER LAY THEM ON THE BOTTOM!
The lights should be set as high off the bottom as possible, but deep
enough to avoid boat traffic and low tide.
Here are some examples of different ways to mount Magnum Dock Lights.

here or on any of the below pictures for more information.
Magnum lights use halogen bulbs which burn extremely hot.  The lights MUST be
submerged in water at all times or damage will occur to the light!

Be sure the lights are not exposed during low tide or the lights will be damaged.

For Use With 120 Volts AC Only.    The use of a Photo-Cell Timer is recommended to
preserve bulb life.  Running the lights during the day will not attract fish.
There's no trick to attracting fish to your Dock or Boat.  Once you put the
fish will start arriving to feed on the plankton.  And, eventually, the larger
game fish will discover the swarm of bait fish and start feeding as well.
Tip: It is important for your lights to come on at dusk and run at a consistent
time
every night so the fish know when feeding time is.  Be patient, it may take
awhile for the fish to discover a new feeding ground. Once they find it, they
will be there every night to feed.  If you've ever fed birds, you know it takes
time for the birds to find the feeder. But, once they find it...they are there
everyday to feed.  Fish are no different...so turn on the lights, and be patient.
