The use of a digital photo cell timer will help preserve bulb life and will turn
your lights on at dusk and will turn them off at dawn or any preset time after
turning on. The fish in your pond will be dazzled by the bright light and will is
a yummy snack for pond fish and they love the warm water that circulates
around the light.
If you have a lot of algae growth in your water, it may be necessary to pull
the lights out on occasion and rinse the algae out from between the inner
globe and the outer tube guard. Algae loves the warm water too..!
